Why Are Churches so Keen to Endorse and Promote Illegal Immigration?
Churches of all denominations in the Western world seem to be obsessed with the interests of so-called asylum-seekers
There was a time when churches in both Britain and the United States were famous for being reactionary and conservative in their views, embracing old-fashioned ideas about matters such as homosexuality, fidelity in marriage, and the avoidance of sin. Those days are long gone. Today, the vast majority of churches and Christian organisations, regardless of denomination, are far more concerned with pushing a radical, left-wing agenda. Whether it is climate change, transsexualism, or refugees, the odds are that your local church has a finger in that particular pie, as long as the issue is at the cutting edge of encouraging dramatic changes in our traditional way of life. Nowhere is this more evident than in the question of illegal immigration, or welcoming refugees and asylum-seekers, as many churches now describe it.
